I decided it was about time that I started documenting my experience of design and my journey of expression and creativity. I tried writing a blog earlier this year, but gave up on it pretty quickly, due to a heavy workload and hatred of having to write all the time. I felt like a slave to my blog! This time my blog will be my slave… hell yeah!
I have been up to some really exciting stuff in the last few weeks; I landed an amazing job, making hats for the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival at a large craft/haberdashery store, which will remain unnamed. I’m thoroughly enjoying being payed to play with beautiful feathers and to be as creative as I like, though I am doing a lot of black and white pieces.
This week I finally finished the collection I have been working on for most of this year, and on Monday I had the amazing experience of doing a photo shoot with the very talented Daniel Archer and his team of make up and hair stylists.
See some of his work below:

We were also very lucky to score the beautiful and equally talented Julia from Scene Management for the shoot… she was a star in front of the camera.
I will be uploading pics very soon :)
Over and out,
